• Check the fire alarm panel for the zone or detector causing the activation
• Do not silence or disable the alarm unless you are certain there is no fire risk
• If the alarm cannot be silenced and there is no fire, call RFC immediately on (01) 8395116
• RFC's engineer will attend, identify the cause and repair the fault
• Do not leave your premises unsecured with a disabled fire alarm
