“We moved our security requirements (CCTV, Fire & Intruder alarms and Key Holding) to RFC about 4 years ago. The service is excellent. We never have to contact them to schedule regular maintenance calls, the engineers just arrive when they are supposed to. Their Emergency and after-hours service is good. You are never left waiting too long if your alarm won’t set for any reason. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

Engineering staff that carried out the installation works were professional, efficient, polite and courteous. RFC Fire and Security Services have delivered a high quality state of the art CCTV system that will see us into the future.”
“On the 22nd/23rd Oct last at 3.30am I received a phone call. It was the alarm company. Intruder alarm has been triggered. Gardai have been alerted and will meet with your key holder. In years gone by that key holder was me. I had to drag myself out of bed, get dressed and go to work in the middle of the night and hope the Gardai were still there. If not, I always felt very vulnerable while I waited for them. I never risked entering the premises on my own. When everything was checked, I’d have to return home, often with the premises left with no alarm because of damage. Then get up the following morning as usual and face a day of tidying, dealing with contractors and insurers etc. etc. This time my key holder was provided by the security company. He met the Gardai, let them gain access, check that the intruders had fled and then stayed on guard outside until I showed up for work. An essential service provided by RFC and worth every penny. Security is peace of mind.”
